Where is my order shipped from?
We partner with global fulfillment centers to ensure your order is shipped efficiently. Depending on stock availability, your item may ship from our international warehouse (Asia, US, or EU).
How long will delivery take?
Once your order is confirmed, processing takes 2–5 business days. Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and local customs procedures. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Is it safe to order from your store?
Absolutely! Our store uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe) to ensure your personal and payment information are 100% protected.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours after placing them. Once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it. If you change your mind after receiving it, please contact our support team for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
